Where to find a Christmas Tree in Japan?National Azabu Supermarket in Hiroo, Minato-ku, Tokyo
will start selling their annual shipment of Christmas Trees next Saturday, November 21st.  They offer a wide selection of very fresh trees from a few feet to over six feet ones! Most range in price from 30,000 – 50,000 JPY. National Azabu can also deliver to any location in Japan. *Please note, due to COVID-19 concerns National Azabu will distribute numbered tickets from 8am that morning for tree purchase.

Every year Nissin’s garage is packed full of trees in a very wide range of sizes and prices. This year most will be priced from 16,000 – 23,000 JPY. 3. IKEA Japan will sell real Abies Fir Trees from Thursday, November 19, 2020 (excluding IKEA Harajuku) for 2,999 JPY. The Sale will end when the stock runs out. *Note if you are an IKEA Family member, you can return the used fir tree to the IKEA store between January 4th – 17th, 2021. You can also purchase a “tree purchase certificate” for a 1,500 yen IKEA coupon.

4. Local home & garden centers and local florists also offer 1-3 ft Japanese trees that can pass as small Christmas trees for the dining or kitchen table. This is always a great option if you are single, or might not be in town for actual Christmas and just want a bit of seasonal touch for the next few weeks. Most home centers such as D2 and large florists, such as Aoyama Florist have a nice selection.
