Kuritsu Toyosu Park (区立豊洲公園) is a lovely spot to spend the day. It`s a short 3-min walk from Toyosu Station, is located next to Tokyo Bay, perfect for long scenic strolls, a short walk to Lalaport Toyosu – a huge mall home to Kidzania, United Cinemas Theater, Kinokuniya Book Store, Tokyu Hands, Uniqlo, 100 yen shop, clothing stores, restaurants, and so much more; walking distance to the Gas Science Museum (Free!) and has playground equipment that will keep your little ones busy for hours.
Toyosu is a reclaimed island that will be home to the new Tsukiji Fish Market later this year. Spend the morning at the Gas Science Museum learning about gas as a source of energy and heat and how we use it. Have lunch at one of the many restaurants in one of the largest shopping malls in Tokyo, Lalaport. Do a little shopping then have your little ones burn off some energy taking a stroll along Tokyo Bay or at Toyosu Park. It`s a great spot to spend the day.
