Sun 2 Diner (サントゥーダイナー) is a great family-friendly dining spot in Nakameguro. They serve everything from delicious Tex Mex, rice plates, burgers and more.
Our kids love the chili cheese fries (not spicy!), teriyaki chicken rice plate and hubs and I love their burgers and spicy nachos. Sun 2 Diner burgers are made from 100% fresh domestic beef that they mince by hand daily then charcoal grill. The burgers are juicy and still have a few large chunks of beef in them. 
Burgers range between 1250 – 1700 yen. They also make a mean Pulled Pork Burger 1700 yen, Chipotle Mexican Burger 1500 yen and Jerk chicken Burger 1250 yen that are quite tasty.
The portions are large and plates delicious. They also make a great Corned Beef Sandwich 1350 yen, Jerk Chicken Rice Plate 1200 yen, and Californian loco Moco Rice Plate. They have a mac n’ cheese plate too – hard to find in Tokyo.
Sun 2 Diner has a laid back Californian vibe. They have surf or American band videos streaming on their large flatscreen tv daily, and their windows and sliding door are left open on nice weather days.
We recommend spending the morning the Meguro Ginza Playground, take a walk browsing the shops along the Nakameguro Shotengai (shopping street), lunch at Sun2Diner then stop in at Trasparente Bakery and pick up a few pastries on the way home, or visit our Tokyo One Day Itinerary in Nakameguro with Kids.
