Søstrene Grene a Scandinavian design home accessories, kitchen ware, gifts, stationery and interior furnishings chain has opened their first store in Japan. The store is located right off the main Omotesando strip behind Omotesando Hills. The store offers super value items from yarn, paint, and beads to candles and end tables for your apartment. Similar to Flying Tiger’s (located right up the hill) in seasonal trends and price, Søstrene Grene has more of a stylish approach with simple and crisp items that would add flare to any home.

Two Danish sisters started the store in 1973 and have provided DIY inspiration ever since. Check out their great Youtube channel for DIY ideas https://www.youtube.com/user/sostrenegrene
Here are some of my favorite items! Many of which came home with me.
