Sakana Bacca (サカナ バッカ) is a retailer that deals with seafood delivered directly from fishermen and the Tsukiji fish market. The Nakameguro branch sells a wide variety of fresh seasonal fish that you can`t find at your local supermarket, sashimi, seasonings and cooking utensils from all over Japan. They even have tuna-cutting events! It`s like having a mini-Tsukiji fish market right in your neighborhood!
Sakana Bacca is one of our favorite fish markets, but our go to for high-end Japanese beef is the Platinum Don Quijote in Shirogane (not laugh). There is an amazing butcher shop in the back of the Don Quijote. Great place to buy beef for your sukiyaki, shabu shabu and yakiniku nights.
Take a look at their facebook page for fresh arrivals, events and deals.
