Tokyo Kids Write2.  Tokyo Kids Write (Minami Azabu) –  Aug 7 – 10th 2018

To be wise, integrated readers and authors, we must ask questions and interact with text. We’ll use HUGE wall-sized neon sticky notes and the teeny ones, too. We’ll get out markers and chalk and get a bit messy with ideas. We’ll test our use of transitional phrases and sequencing skills by making sandwiches, brushing teeth, you name it! We are not stuck in a textbook.

Collaboratively, as a group, we will make decisions along the way as to how to move through the writing process. The campers will drive how they most want to share their writing and in what form that publishing takes, be it online or in paper form.

We are looking to a summer day camp near Machida for our 12 years son Emilio. He speaks Japanese, English, German and Spanish. Emilio will go to Japan the second half of July to his grandmother in Machida and by applying to a day camp we intend that he spend some time with children in his age.
We would be happy to receive some proposals from you.
    Thank you and,
    Best Regards,
    Ana Maestro

    • Hello Emilio, You might want to try the American School Summer camp in Chofu which is the closest I know to Machida. Lauren
