Though sometimes daunting, professional chef, Yuki Suzuki, will teach you the basics, explain the differences of ingredients, and work alongside you to create your own delicious dishes you and your family will love for years to come. In each class, you will master 3 to 4 dishes and lean how to shop for the correct local and seasonably available ingredients at your local Japanese supermarket. Note: Due to COVID, all dishes cooked in class are packaged in your own take out containers to enjoy at home for lunch or dinner.
