Love Teriyaki Chicken & Salmon? Learning to cook beloved Japanese dishes is an immersive way to deepen your understanding of this great country. Though sometimes daunting, professional chef, Yuki Suzuki, will teach you the basics, explain the differences of ingredients, and work alongside you to create your own delicious dishes you and your family will love for years to come. In each class, you will master 3 to 4 dishes and lean how to shop for the correct local and seasonably available ingredients at your local Japanese supermarket. Note: Due to COVID, all dishes cooked in class are packaged in your own take out containers to enjoy at home for lunch or dinner.

Ms. Yuki Suzuki

Born in Aomori, Japan and raised in the US and The Netherlands, Yuki loves cooking (and eating!) and shares her passion for cooking with expats and tourists from all over the world.  Her dishes are based on popular homemade Japanese cooking that anyone can easily cook, which are all based on her mother’s recipes.  She is a graduate of Waseda University and the Japan Food Coordinator School, and is a Certified Food Sanitation Supervisor by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Social Welfare and Public Health.
