Prime Wardrobe Japan – Try Before You Buy

Avoid the long lines at the department store fitting room and cashier, out of stock sizes and colors, kids tantrums, etc with Prime Wardrobe Japan. Prime Wardrobe is a Prime-exclusive program where you can try before you buy “at home”.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Fill your Prime Wardrobe Cart with 3 or more items (up to 8) across clothing, shoes and accessories.
  2. Try on at home within the 7 day try-on period to find the best style and fit.
  3. Check out online and return items that you don`t want in the Prime Wardrobe resealable box it came in
  4. Use the provided return label and drop off at your nearest convenience store /carrier office. Free delivery and returns!

NOTE: At the end of the Prime Wardrobe try on period if you haven`t completed checkout you will be charged for the full value of your order.

OUR EXPERIENCE:

Ordering was easy. Search within the prime wardrobe category and select your items. You are then prompted to add to your “Prime Wardrobe Cart” versus the regular Amazon shopping cart. Add up to 8 items.

At checkout Amazon reminds you that you will not be charged for the items or shipping, only for the items you decide to keep or when your 7-day try-on period ends.

Our order arrived with an envelope with receipt and instructions (in Japanese) and return label.

After trying on the shoes we selected the best size and placed the other two back in the box. We logged into our Amazon Prime Wardrobe account and selected the shoes to return and keep.

Seal the box and attached the return label with your name and address. Take the package t0 your nearest convenience store or / carrier office and they will fill out the rest. Easy!

Happy Online Shopping!
