The facilities are a bit outdated, but are clean and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious with great views of Agana Bay and the Philippine Sea, and their staff courteous and friendly.

There is a shuttle bus which is available from the Hotel Entrance to the Guam Premier Outlet (GPO), KMart and the Micronesia Mall for $15 (2 day pass) or $25 (5 day pass).
