Onibus Coffee (Nakameguro, Tokyo) – Delicious Specialty Coffee

Onibus Coffee is a lovely coffee shop nestled a short walk from Nakameguro station. If you`re a coffee lover you must try this place. Their pour over coffee is rich and velvety; their lattes creamy. Enjoy it on their green terrace while watching the roasting process via a huge Diedrich Roaster or comfortably in their bright, 14 seat, 2nd floor non-smoking room which overlooks the Meguro Ginza playground park. It also gives an unobstructed view of the Toyoko and Hibiya Line trains passing by.

“The name Onibus means ‘public bus’ in Portuguese. The buses drive between neighborhoods, and connect people to each other. But the meaning at the heart of it is a service for everyone. I want to use coffee to connect people, to roast and brew coffee for the people of Okusawa, and Tokyo.”

Visit one of their four locations: Nakameguro, Okusawa, Dogenzaka and Jingumae and pick up a bag of quality beans from Rwanda, Columbia, Ethiopia and Guatemala.

We recommend stopping in with our recommended Tokyo One-Day Itinerary in Nakameguro. While you`re out take a short stroll toward Shibuya to Daikanyama (10 minute walk / 1 train stop) or toward Yokohama to Yutenji (12 minute walk / 1 train stop).
