MUJI Flagship Store reopened their flagship store in Ginza last year and it’s awesome! The 5-story complex now holds an organic foods marketplace which offers fruits and vegetables direct from farms that use little to no chemical pesticides and fertilizers, packaged soups, condiments and so much more. They also set up a smaller Muji Cafe (2nd floor) which serves fresh coffee, breads and veggie soups and from the vegetables they sell. Also six floor is the lobby to the Muji Hotel! Yes, you actually can stay in a Muji Hotel room.

If you are setting up a home in Japan or just looking for a gift, the MUJI Flagship Store is a must! Love this store and shop here often for kitchen and bath items, basic clothing for Baby and gifts for folks back home. If you are looking for curtains, rugs, storage containers or furniture MUJI is one-stop shopping. They also have a spacious cafe and bakery (2nd floor) with healthy food at reasonable prices, thousands of books and clothing for sale. Also, while in the neighbourhood check out Itoya and Takumi.
Highlights of the MUJI Flagship Store include a chance to explore the “Muji Hut”, a micro living space for city-dwellers that will be built in the new Muji Hotel, Ginza in 2019. MUJI interior advisers will be present to answer all of your questions about the hut. The Muji kids` clothing area has adorable clothes and a nice play space for baby and toddlers. This store also has a full-service aromatherapy station, make-up station, T-Shirt and bag monogramming station and Muji household plant garden.
The brand MUJI, born in the early 1980s is one of the most recognised Japanese brands overseas due to their minimalist and natural product design offered at reasonable prices. The MUJI Flagship Store carries the entire Japan selection that is over 7,000 products from apparel, groceries, food, furniture and homes. As of 2016 there are approximately 656 MUJI stores and outlets globally; 50% are international. The MUJI Flagship Store was established in 2011 and has over with 3500+ square meter floor space. It is the largest MUJI store in the world. If you live in Japan but can’t get to the MUJI Flagship Store, one option would be to shop their online store in Japanese.
