Mitsuyadouseimen`s speciality is Marutokutsukemen, noodles with pork broth & yuzu dipping sauce with slices of pork, egg, nori and veggies on the side – a crowd favorite. You`ll see patrons order this dish then slurp it up with one of the restaurants large ramen eating bibs. Families with kids frequent this place as well. The kids can watch the workers pound out the fresh dough and cut the noodle. They also serve dumplings and various ramen and rice dishes.
