Mes Cafe and Kitchen, an Australian cafe located on the first floor corner of the new Tokyu Plaza Ginza, is a great spot to stop-in after a morning of shopping and touring.
We dropped in for sweets after browsing the upper floors of the recently opened Tokyu Plaza Ginza. The cafe is spacious and modern with high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and healthy, delicious super foods. Furnished with a long, wood open style table, and smaller tables along the windows for more private seating it`s easily a spot you can spend a few hours chatting away.
We ordered an iced latte, cappuccino and both of their Homemade Pound Cakes; Caramel Banana and Earl Grey (580 yen each). The patrons seated across from us, having a late lunch, ordered their lunch special which comes with your choice of three items from their lunch menu (1350 yen). The presentation beautiful and the food delicious. See their updated menu here.
Their lunch menu also offers a la carte options; Paddle Burgers: beef steak, pulled pork, creole chicken, soft shell or vege (500 yen), a steak plate (1600 yen) a variety of healthy Soups and Salads, Pancakes and Sweets. Their specialty coffee, made by Allpress Espresso, is also very good. Dinner offered as well. Grab a bite and let us know what you think.
