Hinokicho Park and Playground is an urban oasis in central Tokyo. Located behind the Tokyo Midtown shopping complex the park holds a beautifully landscaped garden with small lake – gorgeous during cherry blossom season in Spring and for the foliage in Autumn; illuminations and skate rink in winter, various cultural activities and events throughout the year; the spectacular design museum 21-21 Design Sight; green space and playground; and offers many benefits to the community by inviting people to stop, sit, eat, play, and relax.
Pick-up a picnic lunch at one of the Midtown Food Cafes or bakeries and wander the paths, bubbling stream, and playground. Couple with one of the 21-21 Design Sight events or shop in the Midtown boutiques and make a day of it.
Hinokicho Park and Playground has the following equipment:
– Two aluminum slides
– Two spiderweb-like climbing equipment
– Two swings & an infant swing

– Water Play Area that is open year round (Hours: 8:00 – 18:00 daily)
