Located at the entrance of Saigoyama Park is a quaint little cafe serving a menu of kids items, Japanese food, desserts, drinks and spirits – Green Cafe, Daikanyama. Patrons can enjoy a leisurely lunch in their open dining room or on their pet-friendly terrace. Kids are welcome to read a selection of Japanese children`s books and infants and toddlers are welcome to play with toys made from wood. Japanese books are available for adults as well. Although most of their menu is in Japanese, the friendly staff do their best to explain the menu items in English. High chairs are available and there is a diaper changing table in the stall.

Their sister cafe, Green Cafe Yakumo, is located on the Meguro Persimmon Hall (a concert hall) grounds a 9-min walk from Toritsu Daigaku Station (map).
