If the sticky, wet, hot Tokyo weather is getting to you, escape by enjoying the EST Shibuya Bowling and Game Center. Great after a dinner in Shibuya. EST Shibuya Bowling and Game Center has 37 bowling lanes for awesome family fun. This nine-floor complex can deliver hours of entertainment.  There are 25 regular lanes and 12 glow in the dark lanes. There is also a Sega Game Center on the 1st floor with plenty of arcade games and photo booths. If you get bored of games and bowling, you can enjoy karaoke, ping-pong, billiards, and darts.

When you first arrive at the building go down the stairs to B1. B1 is the reception and you must sign-up, pay, and get a waiting number. Make sure to let reception know if you want glowing and bumpers or not when you sign-up. Not all lanes have bumper capability so you may need to wait if you don’t have a reservation. Once your number is called you will be told which floor and lane number to proceed. We waited on a Thursday night for 35 mins for glow-in-the-dark & bumpers. Bowling for one hour is 500-600 JPY per person depending on day and time, also an additional 300 JPY for shoe rental. Shoes are available from size 16 (age 3-4) to 32 (size 13.5 US size). Shoe dispensing machines are on each bowling floors- for very small or very large sizes you have to ask the desk person on each floor.

If you have a group, it is best to make a reservation. You can reserve lanes for five people for one hour by calling in advance. All information and the reservation phone number are here. Sorry, all info is in Japanese.
