They carry pastry tips and icing for making more detailed desserts, a variety of high-quality flours, nuts, dried fruits, liqueur and oils. What`s most impressive at the Jiyugaoka shop is their impressive chocolate cellar that is specially designed to keep high-quality chocolate (Belgian, Italian, French, and Swiss) at just the right temperature. English and Japanese labels located throughout the store.
They also have free baking and decorating demonstrations throughout the year, and a cooking studio located on the third floor. Stop in the store and pick up their monthly calendar sheet to learn more (Japanese instruction only).
