Cosme Kitchen Adaptation is built on the concept of “Clean Eating “, which means “Eat deliciously and make your heart and body beautiful”. They offer a number of seasonally adjusted menu options; burger & sandwiches, pastas, rice bowl, mains and vegan ice cream parfaits and smoothies, but their all-you-can-eat raw, vegan & organic salad bar is most popular.
The Cosme Kitchen Adaptation Salad Bar offers a large selection of fresh and raw ingredients with unique toppings; Acai powder, Goji berries, Chia seeds, and homemade dressings like cold pressed beets, kiwi fruit, grapefruit and chervil, and grain mustard. The salad buffet is 1980 yen and includes fresh seasonal vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, freshly baked crispy french bread, soups as well as cooked sides. This summer`s sides are the broccoli& beans curry marinade, Italian roast and mushroom mix. If dining with children, the salad buffet is 580 yen for kids aged 3-6 years and 980 yen for kids aged 7-12 years. Couple your meal with an all organic juice from their juicery or with a selection of natural wine at the in-house Bio Wine Kitchen.
