We love City Bakery! They entered Japan in 2014 and have continued to expand every since. Their corn muffin are to die for, and they can slice bread for you! My daughter and I frequent City Baker often for take-out and eat-in. Some locations also have outdoor seating.

I love that you can get JP size, or NY size treats to fit each person’s appetite. Also, the salad and sandwiches are very tasty. Highly recommend for a weekend takeout treat, or lunch/coffee during the week. There are now four stores in Tokyo – Hiroo, Shinagawa station, Ginza and Nakameguro. If you are looking for great places for brunch and breakfast in Tokyo, check our top recommendations here.
