With four kids, I am always on the search for quality and quantity at a good price. If you have kidshaircuts on your list of things to do, I recommend a quick stop at Blue Forest Plus in Azabu Juban (located at the bottomof Sendaizaka).

Zusso is also great for inexpensive kids and teens hair cuts. 
You can usually zip in and out in 30 minutes for kids haircuts. However, if there is a wait their handy-dandy computer will tell you how long and you can leave your name and run to the park or shop. Baby loved the fancy red car and selection of DVDs to watch. Don’t even think she realised the hairdresser was cutting away. My older three boys can all go by themselves and get any style they want (as long as I can tell it has been cut). The price for a basic haircut is 1,500 yen.
