Bistro Chick (ビストロ チック) is a cute little bistro in Azabu which serves a great lunch! Don’t let the name surprise you there is no chicken on the Bistro Chick lunch menu, although they sometimes offer for dinner. Lunch is a delicious selection of 5-7 pasta meals offered with starters and a drink. Right across the street from the Nissin Supermarket and down the hill for the Tokyo American Club. This no-smoking Bistro is a great spot with children for lunch.
Bistro Chick, Azabu
Lunch tends to get very busy at noon, so I advise you arrive around 11:30, or after 13:30. The menu is divided by sauce type – oil, cream, tomato and other. I have eaten at Bistro Chick twice and can highly recommend the cheese and pepper pasta, as well as the special Lobster pasta. The set lunch begins with a simple by a crisp plate of salad, warm bread and season vegetable, followed by a pasta dish and drink (1,200 yen). You can also add on the special desert of the day for just 200 yen. Bistro Chick also has a nice looking drink menu.
The staff is very quick and friendly, although English is at a minimum. You will never feel they are rushing you so relax and enjoy. I have not had a chance to try their dinner yet, but the menu looks delicious with many types of meat and fish.
