Setagaya Park`s outdoor pool is located closer to the Ikejiri Side of the large park. The park houses tennis courts, a baseball diamond, skateboard park, train rides on a Mini Steam Locomotive (Wed & Weekends only), racecar-style go carts in a traffic park with working traffic signals, two separate playgrounds equip with swings, spring riders, slides, monkey bars and sandpit, open space for children and dogs to run around, picnic areas, Sakura blossoms in spring and a children-sized shanty town. A perfect spot to spend the day.
Restaurants are plentiful in the area. Families love Fungo Hamburger and Sandwich shop (carry-out and delivery options available!) and Granny Smith`s Apple Pie and Coffee (take-out only).
