I love donabe cooking in the winter! Healthy, warm and just so perfect to feed the family. Donabe (土鍋) means literally “earthen pot”. The donabe pots are made of a special clay and used over an open flame at the kitchen stove or desert) and then enjoy a nice lunch together. The class will be taught by a professional donabe teacher from Igamono store in Ebisu (a donabe specialty store).

Please join Sandra and me at this first Best Living Japan Class! Cost is 4,500 yen (tax and all Donabe chicken, Best Living Japanmaterials included). Payment to be made in cash on the day of class. The class will be taught by an expert from Igamono Donabe store in Ebisu. Imago has a beautiful selection of donabe pots and earthenware cups and plates.
